Policies and Procedures
Credit Terms: Established client accounts will be invoiced. All invoices have Net 10 Terms. A finance charge of 1 ½ per month (18% annually) will be charged to your account for amounts due aged over 30-days.
Ordering Policies: Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery times for special orders or for custom items will vary. Contact our sales or support staff for more specifics.
Ordering Procedures: Versateq accepts orders in a variety of ways: phone, fax, e-mail and on-line methods are accepted. For more information on Versateq’s on-line ordering technology, contact our sales or support staff.
For stock items, please provide equipment manufacturer information such as brand, model numbers or product specifications.
For custom printed products, please provide PMS ink colors, samples, sizes, etc. For imprinted logos, a digital file will provide the best quality, but we can also scan a logo as mechanical art. Art must be suitable for scanning and should be separated when more than one color is required. Touch-up and other file clean-up may incur additional charges.
Minimum Quantities: Some products may have minimum dollar requirements or minimum quantity requirements. Our sales/support staff will advise you should this situation pertain to your request.
Shipping Methods: Shipping will be done in the most efficient method: direct from Versateq’s warehouse, remote warehouses or direct from producing plant via our delivery, ground or expedited package delivery, or common carrier; depending on the situation. Shipping costs will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Delivery dates will vary depending on the item and availability.
Returned Product: Should you have an issue or problem with the product you received from Versateq, please notify us within 45-days of receiving the product. At that point we will determine an appropriate course of action that is efficient, timely and to your satisfaction.
